L1 Ring Bling Bling

Please comment on which bling is the best bling bling for my L1. Dread Pirate is obvious #1 due to difficulty and I am guessing it will take me like FOREVER (if ever) to get. For the others, I am torn between dropping a wad on something like Noble's Elementium or looking for the rare drop like Flores'. I guess the way to settle it is to get them all. Is there one I am missing from this list?

Has anyone gotten ALL of these? Pro's and con's of their blingyness?



PS. MUST get ruby shades. so choice. Jealous of those who have it.
 
really, there is only 1 bling ring ... and 2 awesome rings



Noble's does the sparkle thing ... making it officially bling (plus an appropriate bling price tag)

Flores' is awesome, but only to people who know it's not just a gray ring ... freaking .01% drop rate

Pirate's is awesome, but only for epeening your mains fishing luck



The others are vendor shite -- Just an imho ... go with only 1 ring ... it makes it look more special

Which 2 Rings, or ring has the highest item lv.? My rogue is sitting on gearscore of 820 at lv1 haha, but thats with some item lv.1 gear, like ruby shades. To break the 1k G~Score mark at lv1 would be pretty cool, has it been done? Is there headgear with a bigger item lv then 1, and what are the biggest item lv. rings?
 
I've got it .. I just don't use it .. the sparkle effect from Noble's is cool .. very few know about Flores' .. 1 ring equipped it hot .. 2 is what everyone does
 
Bad new : I’ve just had access to the beta-test, and I discover that we can’t equip Flores’s ring anymore :(

Did you happen to see if the [Fire Festival Mantle] and the [Spring Circlet] also had changes to their armor stats?

also, Haliscan's got a big armor boost too

Jacket = 90 (up from 45)

Pants = 77 (up from 39)
 
i just got my flores. it dropped after about 350 kills and about 2 hours or so of farming. I do not know if I was lucky or if the drop rates are just better than reported. It dropped from a Drone. I farmed the queen for a while because i thought she might have a higher drop rate. i got tired of this because while she spawns quickly (1 minute) there is still a lot of down time. so i ventured out. I decided to farm serfex along the river. he spawns in four different places (the places where you see two dead wasps). he spawns very quickly but you gotta move around to find him. while looking for him, i started killing every wasp and drone i could find. this was pretty much endless killing because they spawn fast. this is the way to go. i killed a drone and got the ring. just go up and down wintergrasp river in the se corner of the basin and kill wasps and drones.



i like the drones because they come in threes. lots of loot. they always drop rent carapace or *** leg (sharp leg? I dont remember) and occassionally a grey, white, or green armor. when the ring dropped it was the only thing to drop so it was in place of the carapace or leg. i wonder if rent carapace is a typo and it was supposed to be "bent carapace".



anyway. now i gotta get another one and see if it stacks like tarnished silver necklace. yes, i know i am sick in the head. because i got it so quick i am leaning to agree with chubbs that the noble's ring is more blingy.

what happens if it is already equipped when we start cata? does it stay equipped? what a bummer. what a silly nerf. its like these designers hate us

When I entered Beta, I had not my Flores’s ring at my finger anymore, but in my bag. Therefore, no : it does not stay equiped :(

*cries*. what a joke. this ring serves no purpose other than pimping out a bank toon or twink so now that they have taken that away they might as well just delete it from the loot table. how irritating. if anything they should be adding fun things for the "twink niche" rather than deleting.
