I've played against you before, got stomped every time so I suppose you shouldn't take my suggestions with too much seriousness.
Honeybadger already covered the armor but I disagree with a few of your enchants.
As you mentioned earlier this does depend on each person's playstyle.
I would suggest changing the pvp power back to Enchant Cloak - Superior Intellect aswell as dropping the mana enchant and getting Heavy Borean Armor Kit
I feel as if the pvp power isn't helping very much and the mana is wasted, I personally never go oom but then again, I'm not you
