I only played 2 so far, one horde and one ally... on my ally (level 10) we killed Korrak right away and then almost every single alliance in the BG ran back to DB to turn the quest in. Needless to say..... we lost.

you mean you weren't told to go to Northrend to kill Korrak by 20-40 people in an expansion where all levels can actually accomplish that?

Ah, but then lvl 50 twinks might have the advantage, or maybe players who saved their gear lol. I am sure there will be some broken procs and ilvls then too.I worked for my levels, therefore I should be stronger than you
just wait till next year, when everyone is level 60 and scaled down to 10k hp 50 if they don’t change it xD. Won’t be as many actual unscaled 50s then

Ol' Hawk isn't phased though, he keeps an eye out for them 3k+ toons in bg's....... his Hunter's Mark will be on them in no time...... especially them 5k+ toons.......
He'll make em wanna wear that ilvl 26 set for the next one.......

lol, at least we had accessibility for that gear, and actually 3k does not make you invincible against a coordinated team as you would think. level 10s/20s do not have access to the HoA(anymore), nor its stamina bonuses, essences, ilvl 140 azerite gear, op trinkets, etc. There is a point for 20s, as it will last likely a long time, while bfa 50s gear is almost over. I see your point but I still hold it is very different than a level 10 vs a level 50. Besides the massive number differences, you also have way less spells and less mount speed. At least they stand a chance even with normal gear with a team focusing 1 player with unscaled gear, and with enchanted/gemmed gear they would fair way much better since the primary and crit is comparable. 10 vs a 50 its basically similar to a high lvl attacking a low lvl in warmode, but slightly scaled up to try to make it somewhat fair, even a dot will 1-3 shot you, they dont stand a chance.Updated for normal bg's.......

blizzard imo is making a huge mistake when it comes to new account players wandering into the korrak revenge AV battleground event. they get severely shell shocked and turned off to PVP. with the scaling being way off, which includes non-elite NPCs, low levels end up just tagging along or hiding. XP is good in the event, you still get honor/rep win or lose, but can come at a severe price in time vs aggravation for some.
the event is a blizzard sanctioned max level twink event for 50s former 120s, in 2019 blizzard said they are not deactivating azerite abilities and now for 2020 essence abilities add even more imbalance. blizzard is not going to scale a temp time BG with levels 10-50, they do not want the forums to light up with 100-130+ item geared 50's complaining, flaming, threaten quitting, etc. about getting killed in a BG by level 10-49 players, after they grinded all of BFA.

I get that many people are frustrated about the scaling system of Korrak, but i mean its just one occasion right? Yeah its hell and such but for the price of the mount ill just do all i can to reach 100% to obtain it. Regardless of the situation, its just an occastional event that will end soon, an impass if you will. Maybe there are alot of things im not aware of, but Korrak specificly is just an occasion for blizzard's best to gather all players that are below 50. I thank the lord that the BG isnt exclusive to the higher level players. And finally i can get a high resolution wolfmount that doesnt look like your average GarnNighthowl. Least thats my opinion on the matter.

Twinks in XPon... yes. Veteran accounts locked and playing with levelers INSTEAD of twinks. True f2play probably now falling into that category with the new restriction set, dunno how OP they can get tho it's not my bag.
Now not saying any of that is "wrong"... just saying it's certainly a bad idea from a new player standpoint. Twink away.

did anyone buy korrak vendor gear at lvl 45, or 119 in bfa for post squish use? how did the items end up? anyone do weapon quest for lvl 49 yet?
theres no gear vendor in the bunkers in the instance right?
just joined a korraks on 20 and didn’t get put in the raid group lol. No /I or /p chat. Raid tab in friends list window empty too

Saying that i'm NOT saying Blizz should nuke twinks.... but it is a valid argument against twinking ----> in XPon.
I'm not concerned about Korraks broken scaling any more than I'm concerned about brokenly OP XP-locked characters crapping on the undergeared, but it is a bad idea concerning recruiting new players. Fresh max-level will get crapped on by top-end max level characters just as badly as poorly geared players get crapped on by twinks...
But there's a system in place to keep that from happening below level cap. Vets and f2play undermine that system.
Basically Blizz fucked up every possible opportunity to actually do PvP any way right... so yeah, it's a bad decision. For NEW players. If XPoff can queue against max level and get crapped on, that's OK by me cuz at least it's more games than normal. If they throw locked players back in the normal queue with templates again, OK. Cuz that's more games than the normal zero in most every bracket outside the one that "stomps" levelers. In the end, no one really wins cept vets/f2play.
Where was the expansions when twinks were put back in to normal queues? And that crazy scaling period (so much fun IMO)? Shouldnt there be a rise in that timeframe if you're going to use the graph to infer anything pertaining to his remark? Or are you just saying there's been an overall decline regardless of twink activity since WotLK?

The new restriction changes are awesome, IMO. More and more f2play/unsubs every day I would think!
