Thotfc is the only person I can think of that could consistently get away from me, because jumps.
The hardest to kill straight-up is Collapse (I think that's his name...Gnome MW Monk).

I have witnessed countless times while healing Nocontest, he has kited the opposeing team into his kills.

I will give credit but like Thotfc is hard to catch because of them jumps, everyone else you mentioned is hmmm okay sometimes phron gets me when im not paying attention that much.
