King

rogues shouldnt be doing too bad, kinda like in the 19s

My lock does pretty good. I never got the libram and I'll only lose the 200 stam from my legs, All the spll pwer enchants are staying the same so far and they are buffing the boa staff big time. The one I have now dosn't have any int or stam on it, just spll pwer. I'm getting the boa and that for 29s is going to have a lot more int, stam, and spll pwer on it, should be nice.

Alas, hunter will prob still rule.

on the thought of the sp buffs on the BoAs, my friend has a mage that does pretty good with the boa staff right now. he does well, and uses things based on stats mostly, not SP. for example, theres pants with like +20 fire spell damage (i think) he uses 9/9 eagles. had a short lived guild called "three point one" where no twinks had any things not allowed on the ptr. well bye :p

Yeah, I may get a few items that has stats on them to compensate for the lost stam from the leg patches. I love SP way too much though, so I'm not sure on that one lol. I enjoy have 1300 life but having my corruption tick for about 90 and CoA getting up to 70 or 80. I may get a stam set just to try it out.

I think it greatly depends on the skill of the player instead of what class will be king.

Hunter

Warlock

Rogue

Those are the classes with my vote. Although I can't play rogues worth a darn.

also i think that the main classes people focus on being 'overpowered' are DPS classes. it's amazing how underrated shamans and priests are in the lower brackets.

yeah, i had a 29 enh shaman, and i did decent. i havent seen many shamans but a notable priest on my home server is Mystikk [char=Sargeras]Mystikk[/char] she gets really high dps and since theres no shadowform yet she heals quite often too. she really does well. i tried resto shammy but i didnt feel that it could match the enh or ele diversity that i strive for in my playstyle.

Rets are gonna rock, as are holy. I'm having a huge debate as to my spec though with all the awesome talents.

hopefully mages

Agreed, but they're nice now if played right. I remember how I used to count off counterspell cd's before i got an addon to, that sucked. LOL

Unfortunately, hunters and rogues will if anything be a bit more OP than they already were (considering all the changes go live), so much so that I will probably be leveling my 29 rogue to 80 because it just isn't fun two hitting everyone on the field with backstab. I think Warriors will be relatively stronger in 3.1, and I'm still not sure about pallys but I'm guessing they'll do better than a lot of healing classes. Ret is also looking nice.

Ok so im leveling a hunter for 29 but my friend is makin a rogue and rogues are just too fun not to play, even if i have 2 already. Im torn on which to play, i like playing defense more than anything and i played another hunter at 29 for like a year. Tough choice.

I'm going to stay with my 29 hunter, 29 warlock and 29 Pally.

I never could get use to my 29 rogue.

WTB rogue lessons

Well i just found out you get cheap shot at 28 so thats a whole nother thing making me lean towards a rogue, im just gonna miss kidney punch.
