So, I just stumbled upon this part of a bluepost:
Of course I do know, that this was meant for endgame and only for hunters, but it's still an interesting topic to think about. And just to clarify, I don't mean typing in chat obviously and I don't mean for moving (like WASD, ESDF, WAD, ESF etc.) it's the amount of keybinds for skills, macros and other stuff you can bind to your bars. Hmm, let's include mousebuttons as well
I would say, considering my playstyle, about 15-25 binds should be enough considering that, with macros, we can put a lot of stuff together on 1 button.
So, what do you think the right amount of keys to press for any class should be? 10? 20? Maybe more?
- We're not sure 5.2 is the right time to convert any of the active buttons to passive procs. While we would like to SLIM DOWN THE NUMBER OF BUTTONS hunters need to manage overall, changes like this are controversial and I'm sure it would feel like a nerf (even a nerf to fun) to many hunters.(Perhaps some high level hunter abilities will turn into passives? This relates to the hunters mark change in 5.2.)
