It's like saying, 15 Fire Resist to back is BiS because it mitigates damage vs X subsection of spells. It'll be one of those awkward items that would be seen as a "lolcrutch" redic advantage if used in Arenas. Beside that, is it FAAAAR from BiS.

I'd roll with LFH on until i know i'll be getting shot by a mage for example, then it's just to switch over before you enter combat.
