Tooltip says +3, but it's +1, the only one that's +2 (and the highest) is Peerless stats.*

*I may be wrong and +3 gives +2, but fairly sure it's +1, either way 100% it's not +3

I use 5 haste on my booms WW gloves if that's something you would consider then run 5 haste on jutes. That's what I would do
