Are there any Horde specific items i should pick up for my 19 warlock? (cool transmog etc)

Shovel of Mercy is quite cool, as well as the blood elf questing staff.

I would advise going to wowhead and just browsing horde only items available up to level 19, see what you would like to grab, so on so forth.

I factioned from horde to ally, and feel like I shouldn't have skipped out on Merger Boots, even though I got Conspirators. Like maybe someday they might have different stats, even though they have the exact same stats and ilvl.
