Just came back, what's changed in Draenor for 10's?

I will state the obvious that I know about the loss of Agi > Dodge, that Enchants scale with the level of the Character not the level of the Enchant anymore, the removal of Hit (big F'U to 10's) and the addition of Versatility, Multistrike, Bonus Armor and Leech/Avoidance (if only we could get the last 2 on our 10's). I also found out that Blizz finally nerfed ICC and TotC, I wasn't able to get my main 10 into either 2 weeks ago when I tried (unless I'm doing it wrong, I REALLY hope that's it). Outside of what I list above, what other changes (good and bad) have happened due to WOD's release? I'm interested in:
  • Any newly available gear items we can acquire and anything that went GF'd this xpac.
  • Reputations we can no longer farm (i.e. removal of BoA rep tokens) or Reputations we can NOW farm thanks to WOD.
  • Achievements that are no longer attainable (the obvious being ICC/TotC), sigh I never got Precious's Ribbon to drop.
  • Newly added (or changed due to WOD) buff items/food.
  • Anything else of importance to a level 10 Twink...
I've been doing a ton of research using Wowhead, checking many of your Twinks then looking up items you have equipped that I'm unfamiliar with, etc but WOD changed a ton of things and I'm sure I'm missing stuff just because the scope of it all is vast. I'd assume that 6K Achievements is now possible in WOD, holy crap I have a lot to catch up on there. Has anyone figured out how to get back to the starting Panda or Goblin area after Race change to get the Blue reward at the end yet (as in some odd glitch Blizz doesn't know about)? Oh yeah, I know about the loss of stat bonuses for Gathering professions too, and the Haste boost from Herbing, boo. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this, and look forward to any responses. Hopefully this time round I won't get board/frustrated and just leave for another 6-9 months lol.
 
10s basically became useless in bgs/wsg as they scale the exact same as a 19 that's all you really need to know.

I had heard something about that just hadn't confirmed it for myself, thanks. [MENTION=8232]coolbank[/MENTION], I'll look into that Dagger but I have Wingblade on my Rogue (GF'd). Who knows maybe it'd be a decent addition to it. I also have access to all Heirloom weapons so there's that too.
