Jimmied Handcuffs, +7 Stam and +3 Strength Mail Wrists

Does anyone know if Jimmied Handcuffs (http://www.wowhead.com/item=3228) are still possible to get? They drop or used to drop from a rare mob in the Stockades called Bruegal Ironknuckle. The info about him on websites like Wowhead is really limited though. These would be the best in slot for a 24 prot pally, I'm pretty sure. Thanks

Unfortunately the Handcuffs and the other items dropped from Bruegal Ironknuckle are not obtainable anymore. I spoke to a GM about this a couple of months ago and he/she basically said, "Sorry, the mob does not exist and the items can't be obtained anymore." I was after the fist weapon he dropped.

lol same that fist weapon is tight and anyways even if that cuff was real in the first place it wouldnt even be close to BiS
