<its called containing> [A] - Kael'thas - Recruitment Thread

CIHC

That One OG
<its called containing> (ICC) Is a guild of mainly 19s and other twinks of various bracket backgrounds. We’ve decided to form on one realm in which an amazing amount of gold/boes are available to us due to how awesome Xibalba is. Our main goal in the bracket is to organize premades and get that competition feel many of our old brackets use to have.

What ICC has to offer their members:

- Included on our daily gnomer grind
- Supplied with rare boes/chants that are deemed bis for your class/spec
- Consumables for pugs and premades.
- A great enviroment

How do you go about deciding who gets into the guild and who doesn't?

We aren't willing to invite any mutt who can bind 6 buttons. Or a maggot who tries to brag about their irrelevant 70 disc/rogue/protpal rating they got. We are looking for quality>Quantity, we understand the whole feel of a community many want and don’t get us wrong we are after the same guild feel but we want a strong foundation based off some of the best twinks to ever grace this dogg bracket. We are not looking to steal players from any guilds A-team so if you have already made the commitment to one guild do not PM us and use that as your selling point. We want open minded twinks who are ready to be moulded and defined for what ever task we seem fit for them our A-team will vary as we experiment with class comps and strats so if you have the hopes of getting in on some premades roll soon.

Why should I go the extra mile to join ICC when I can join another guild without all the hassle?

If you’re interested in premades/wargames > farming pugs all day, that’s the first point I can list. If you are wanting to be around an ever expanding environment to fine-tune your twink skills instead of letting them stagnate at the ever so low skillcap of farming F2ps efficiently like all the other alliance guilds.

After reading the above information I have concluded that I would like to join ICC How do I apply?

First make sure you meet these general requirements before you continue on.
-Have a microphone along with Skype
-Be willing to update/change gear as needed.
-Do not premade for an already existing guild - Do not hold a leadership position for a different premading guild.
-Be willing to share a picture of your UI
- Be open-minded for new tactics and strategies, and we will too.
- 100% focus if you get into our premade team.
- Skype, preferably a microphone aswell.- Be active.- Be able to improve and accept constructive criticism.

If you meet the above general requirements then drop a pm to either me, sakn or Xibalba

Same, but I think we're going to be going after games versus HC first seeing how they're currently the top dogs of the bracket at this moment.

Well we eagerly await yall.

oh btw I don't know of any alliance guilds who farm grave yards but once in a while.

Tap tastes so much better than the bottle

Bump for upcoming premades xo

I'm all for more guilds to premade against, and it's not my intent to discourage anyone, but simply saying your going to premade doesn't mean it's actually going to happen. Lets wait until some of these guilds popping up can actually support the numbers before we get too excited.

Well we have our a-team set and its a matter of a few bops for people but we have premades lined up already?
Check our roster in the op, we have more than enough with the method of quality>quantity.

Thanks for the concern though qt

Deleted the shoutout found out who it was kek

Not sure how this is relevant to us at all but i'll bite - just because we aren't premading you does not mean we aren't premading. As far as i'm aware theres yet to be a formal challenge for a premade vs you anyways? If you're implying we cant field the numbers because as the new guild we didnt seek out to challenge you first, refer to sakn's post, we're more concerned with organizing games vs HC who is top dog in the bracket atm not the guild that went 1-4 vs them.

No offence intended just your post seemed really aggressive and ignorant.

Wasn't intended to be such (more along the lines of skeptical). We have "formally" had premades against HC on two separate occasions. I'll admit i'm a bit surprised you can already get the numbers (that is what I meant by the previous post) online and qued.

Wanting to go against HC more than us is understandable. Refusing to accept a challenge because you'd rather go against HC at the moment confuses me, because it seems to me that there isn't any limit on this sort of thing. If I didn't know better (I do) i'd say this sounded like a dodge more than anything. If you don't think we are "worthy" consider this:

When we went against HC we haven't had our A team which consists of 3-4 people who have ranked in the top .5% of RBGs or arenas at endgame (not level 70). So this "top dog" logic, doesn't really fly.
Hell, you could even consider us practice for when you go against HC, if you must.

None of my posts here are intended to be hostile or negative in anyway - I just want more premades.

I believe all they want is the bragging rights in the 24 bracket (LOLOLOL), so they only care to vs what they consider the "top dog" of the bracket.

From the competitive pov i'd rather challenge HC>SCC.

And as far as im aware of neither myself sakn Xibalba have recieved a pm or been contacted ingame about premades vs scc so

Wasnt aware I had to contact you in game, in that case. Conq#1458. I'm on now if you'd like to talk about setting up a match, where actually looking for one this Friday.

How relevant is rating at endgame? I beleive itts a sensitive issue when discussed/looked into with your members and often results in lashing out after many of them have been disproven to only be rated on 70/74/80/85s.

But thats just my experience from a by stander pov.
