Does anybody know if there is any items with a high ilvl that can be used at all levels?

It seems that Legion has added a couple of these already..

there are but nobody knows where they drop. lazy to search now, but just a few filters on wowhead will get you the list

it seems when I do (Level requirement 0) and ilvl max of 600 it only returns rogue helms, and other items contained from satchels..

Can you maybe help me out in the proper filters?

Why would you use ilvl 600, and armor as filter options when you are looking for weapons?!?!
