Greatest of all Time
For those who don't already know and wanna dig out their calculators to figure out how strong their toons will be in Legion, i figured i'd drop this link in a thread here on XPOFF for you guys to check out.

"For every point that your average item level increases, your pre-determined PvP stats will increase by 0.1%. That means a 25 item level difference between two players only results in a 2.5% difference in stats"
"Can we get any confirmation how it trickles down to lower level PvP? Still static 0.1%? Low levels are currently set to the same scaling values as level 110. The baseline item level is different for each bracket. It is approximately the ilevel of an heirloom"
It's late for me now, but i sure will be calculating the stats on my toons tomorrow!
EDIT: I'd like to note that 32 item levels on an item is equal to ONE AVERAGE ITEM LEVEL. This system is calculated through AVERAGE ITEM LEVEL. Happy Mathing!
