To obtain this FoS, speak to any of the various http://www.wowhead.com/npc=112198/doomsayer / http://www.wowhead.com/npc=112527/doomsayer NPCs during the event, scattered throughout http://www.wowhead.com/zone=1637/orgrimmar and http://www.wowhead.com/zone=1519/stormwind-city
The pamphlet you get will be random, regardless of which NPC you choose. As such, you can stick with a single Doomsayer and keep checking back for new pamphlets (there is a 15 minute cooldown after speaking to one, which applies to all of them at the same time).
The 15 min CD is in game time only. Meaning you cannot log off and come back later and get another pamphlet. Fear not however, we can by-pass the CD with death. You can just fly up, fall to your death and have a friend resurrect you or use http://www.wowhead.com/spell=20707/soulstone , http://www.wowhead.com/spell=20608/reincarnation , http://www.wowhead.com/item=127770/brazier-of-awakening . Just keep in mind that you will incur a timer each time.
If time is of the essence, and when is it not, just pick a Doomsayer close to Spirit Healer. 45, 51 in http://www.wowhead.com/zone=1637/orgrimmar is very close to one. And 48, 48 in http://www.wowhead.com/zone=1519/stormwind-city is close to one as well.
If you choose the Spirit Healer route keep in made that you will get http://www.wowhead.com/spell=15007/resurrection-sickness. You will want to put your gear in your bank, not your bags if you want to avoid repair bills.
