Issues with Selaya.

I was banned for 2 weeks with no prior bans or warnings because I wrote "kys" ironically to a moderator in DMs. To prove it was ironic, let me set the situation real quick.

Sponsor removes a post in a Thread because it contained the word "kys" in it. I asked Arkte about it because I felt it was rather unfair. He responded, saying:

So, since removing the "kys" post was deemed unnecessary by the owner of the site, I DM'd "kys" to Sponsor and, hopefully, he'd get the joke.


And then for some reason, Selaya decides to ban me for 2 weeks. I confronted her, and this is what she said:

And now, 2 weeks later, I'm unbanned.
I decided to test whether Selaya would be consistent with her judgement of the ban.

And she isn't. So, please, ban me for writing "kys" again or @Arkte consider either letting her go or demoting her to Moderator.

I feel like in general its fucked up that you can say something to another person, and then saying it to a moderator is somehow 10x worse? kys shouldnt even be something they take action on. Someone could literally put random keystrokes and it could say kys?

Theres much worse on this site, Its kinda fucked up on how you ignore the bigger issues, and neglect your authority on some bs like this.

First of all, stop trying to minimize the situation, as if you're just so innocent and have never done anything to deserve this kind of treatment.

You have 2 official warning points on your account as of right now, both which are unrelated to this or from when Conq went on his ban hammer swinging rampage. And there's no telling how many unofficial warnings you've received for other issues, not to mention things that you've managed to slip through the cracks and actually SHOULD have been punished for. We all know you've had more than your fair share of toxic, needless behavior here.

I did in fact say that your ban from Conq was unnecessary. You were unbanned.

My staff are humans, just like you and everyone else here. We all make mistakes. Let me deal with them, and stop trying to publicly make us look as if we are the bad guys, because we're not. No one underneath me is "power hungry". There is no "power" to be gained here. It's just a forum.

This whole situation is very silly, but what's worse is that you're complaining about it, yet still continuing to make matters worse. You can say "kys" all you want, it doesn't bother me a bit. But honestly, when your content was moderated for saying it, why would you reply with the SAME comment to a moderator (who didn't even ban you in the first place)?

I don't always take sides with my staff. Again, we are all human and make mistakes, and you've provided proof in this thread that I am fair and stand up for what is right (i.e., admitting to the fault of my staff, and then making corrective action by unbanning you). So please, do me a favor: STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT NOTHING. The situation has been handled. As for the actions of my staff, let ME deal with that. I'm obviously well aware of what's happened and I am perfectly capable of dealing with it.

At this point, all you're really doing is beating a dead horse. It's pointless.

Also; for those of you who keep referring to me as the site "owner", please stop. I do not possess any sort of ownership of this site. I'm the Head Admin. Nothing more, nothing less. Thanks.
