Island expeditions as Aliance

Heslo just wanted to ask if you can do solo island expeditions as Aliance. I know there some problems so did Blizzard fix it?

While it is possible to solo Island Expeditions as a F2P alliance by getting Flynn to appear, the vendor is not available to spend your dubloons.
Horde has vendor available so you buy mounts/pets/transmogs.
Lv 10/11 twink arcane mage makes a mockery of the Island Expeditions.

As a alliance I can pretty much see multiple vendors spawned near Flynn in Boralus who sell stuff like pets, mounts, salvages, heirloom items, quest items etc. for doublons like Captain Klarisa or Captain Nightrunner. So yes, you can spend your hard earned doubloons there.

If you've unlocked ... I forget exactly what, but something on a high level character, you gain account wide access to Flynn and the vendors going forward. Pure F2Ps can't pull that off and are stuck needing workarounds.
