Is Wingblade Still A Viable Sub Rogue Choice?

Daggers would be better if it was 15.74 DPS, but it isn't.
Shadowfang has the Shadow bolt which makes it better, only if it keeps procing, which it won't.
Dancing Steel and Deadly Poison have a better chance to proc on a Wingblade because you will hit your target more often within the time window you have you hit your target, making Dancing Steel's and Deadly Poison's proc % more accurate.
You have to note that offhand swings are only auto attacks, which is a 17%+ chance to miss a level 19, making the Shadowfang proc itself even less likely to make it better than the Wingblade.
 
Having a dagger wouldn't be a bad idea if you have only 1 Shadowfang and no Wingblade, but I'm comparing the speed of the sword not the dagger because the sword has 15.74 dps, while boa dagger has 15. The proc rates don't make up for 0.74 dps.
They're both good weapons, Shadowfang has a chance to do more dps ONLY because of the proc, but Wingblade in the end will give you more dancing steel procs, deadly poison procs, and a lot of times, an extra swing or two at the target. This makes them both good weapons, but you can't say Shadowfang is better, because they are both able to out dps eachother.

Shadowfang offhand proc is a lot less in the off hand slot because your skills don't make your offhand swing, and have a less hit chance with auto attacks only.
You have the proc chance -17.5% or so because of the auto swing hit rating, let alone your targets dodge chance. Off hand doesn't proc often enough to make it a better weapon.

I personally would rather a 2.20 speed off hand weapon because of this, than a 2.70 speed weapon.

In the end, it barely matters if you get a Wingblade or a Shadowfang, they're both great weapons for off hand.
Shadowfang is the best MAIN HAND sword in the game though.

Ive honestly never had a problem with anything not proccing, everytime i ambush BOTH dancing steels go off. And thats just how it is.

And alot of the time when shadowfang does do its shadowproc, they both go off at the same time, similar to the dancing steel.

I just like shadowfangs bigger hit numbers, and the extra agility adds to its overall dps.

And there's nothing wrong with liking 2 shadowfangs, but dont go off bad mouthing people because they have a different opinion, or you haven't seen them before.

Then share all the results, instead of bashing everyone? Seriously seems like you're just a dick if you approach people by purely insulting them and claiming to be better than eveyrone. No one likes that.
