Is this bracket active now?!

I have been gone for a long long time now, I have a grandfathered 10 twink and just started playing wow again.
How is the bracket if it is active? Can you compete without boas?
Also what do I need to make him better, (this is under the assumption the bracket is active)

Well... The bracket isn't all that active, but on occasions we Do get EXP OFF BG ques, these are, of course, Scheduled games.
I hope this doesn't stop you from playing your 10 and attending the EXP OFF BG's!
If you do have BoA you have a lot better chance to... Win... Haha

Me or Healstrong usually schedule them on Twinkinfo on random dates. So just keep an eye out on the bracket for stuff like that. =P

Edit: Here's the Gear and Enchant's I'd fix

Arena Grand Master x1 for your empty Trinket.

Get the Well Crafted Bow from "Bring me Kel'Gash's Head!" quest for the extra agility and damage..

Get Stealth to Cloak (8agi / 8dodge).

And max professions.

Other then that you're pretty good to go ^^
