I was just casually leveling a toon and decided to q up for a BG and saw this guy.

He was pretty much killing everyone in 2 CD's since we were all "undergeared" severely compared to him
 
That's a lot of time investment on a leveling toon lol

“suprised you aren’t calling out the scum for xp debuff exploitation” Jesus Christ. You act like people steamrolling levelers before queues were separated didn’t exist. The inherent meaning of twinking is scummy af, calling out someone for using a game mechanic in a very weird way is extremely disingenuous.

as someone who is strictly playing as a level 20 i don't understand the difference between someone exploiting with an xp debuff to kill levelers and f2p accounts killing levelers, both scenarios kick the shit out of levelers

also calling someone scum that is hilarious, take it easy you little rascal

Calm down lad I don't care about the debuff in the least, it was a direct quote from Chops calling debuffers scum and not calling out this particular debuffer with over 10k kills, instead saying "he's notorious for levelling in bgs"

I dont see the difference either, 29s just doing what 20s do...but better. Also see above, I don't care about debuffers that's quoted from ya boy Chops, clever use of game mechanic imo.

Since this thread has been revived, to answer your question its very easy.

1. Group with someone with xpoff
2. Enter an instance with that char (rfc or stockades)
3. Have char with xpoff leave instance and party
4. Congratulations, you now have a 5min debuff that refreshes when you enter combat
5. Queue for a bg

To be honest it takes little to no time at all to make a leveling twink like his if you have a bunch of characters with maxed professions on a linked account. I just stockpiled my bank with BoEs, enchants, gems, and mats to level engineering. I could make 15 twinks more geared than him in less than an hour. You do level insanely fast though if you don't xp exploit. I usually get about 10-15 bgs in from 14-20. You can craft a whole set of gem slot gear for like 10g worth of mats for clothies. I farmed mats for two days and that was enough to make 10 twinks and still have a guild bank full of stuff. It's both a huge waste and a lot of fun lol.

15 twinks more geared than him in less than an hour? I doubt you could do 1 given a full day. I'd love to see you make a twink more geared than him in less than 5 minutes. You also aren't factoring travel time + leveling + collecting all the boe gear & enchanting it

Considering almost 1/2 his gear is BoP, you have to hope you get the drops.
 
Been recent changes my buff now falls of when I enter bg I have seem other players who figured out how to get in bg with xp on but how?

Bump. As of today 7/3/21, seeing xp-off debuff removed upon entering BG. Are you saying there's still a way to enter without gaining xp?
