Is the "upgrade" worth it

Saw a while back a comment about upgrades and if they are worth it, however I can't seem to find it. Anyways, I have currently equipped and got these from a quest in darkshore. Is the trade for -1 str, --10 crit worth it for +4 stam? Am a fury warrior so stat prio should be stam > str > vers, crit being the lowest if I'm correct

I wouldnt replace those boa with them legs in a million years.

I would stick to Valor over the pally legs.

Id also stack crit before verse and wait for blue crate rewards with high verse and then replace some crit with that
