Yep. There are only a small handful of (known) twinks that have it though. But yes, it is in fact obtainable (and usable).

Fish in cata zones for it. When you catch fish there will be no loot that shows up until you actually catch the sea turtle.

I believe most people were doing it in Twilight Highlands, but I've been out of the loop for quite some time. I know I stayed along the coast there and it wasn't too bad.

No no. I was clearly stating he would never have it. He reached his' stupid threads made per usefull posts returne to the community' ratio. When it hits 1000% you won't get C Turtle.
