Is the ladder broken?

Hello everyone!
I'm sorry if this question has been asked recently but I've been wondering for quite some time if the Arena Ladder on here works or not. I've played around 20-25 skirms the last 2 weeks and it never updates. Am i doing something wrong?(yes I have my character added to the ladder so It's probably not that)

Xpoffstats is Broken, and the API isn't tracking your recent character Data.
