Is Physician back to F2P?!

For all who know Physician from Cataclysm , i think he is back because i just saw a character paladin human named so. He was a skilled paladin . I dont know if he is back just need to confirm.
For all F2Ps that dont know Physician , he was a skilled priest , who played on his F2P on Cataclysm. I think he leveled his priest to higher levels and deleted it.

Can someone confirm is he is back, or if that paladin isnt Physician?!
