It is hard to say what your stat priority truly should be without knowing your playstyle. As for me, since I solo queue, tend to prioritize a bit on the stamina end of the spectrum. For instance, I would enchant my gloves with glove reinforcements rather than haste/SP and use a tarantula silk sash. All my "gift" enchants would be haste except one ring slot. The other ring slot would be versatility.
If he played with a group or at least another hybrid healer, he could cut down a little bit on the stamina and add some more spellpower.
