Is it worth obtaining 20% crit AND haste as 29 sp

dwizz

Grandfathered
So ive asked a few friends and most have said just stack max stats and haste which is cool and all but I don't want to build a cookie cutter spriest, was wondering if it was worth pushing 20% crit as well

SP > Haste / crit as far as enchants to gloves / bracer's

I'd go for a balanced build, maybe use Mechbuilder's Overalls if you want more SP but still some good crit and Garrosh's pardon / Beastbinder if you really want to maximize on total stats. Belt of the vision from dungeon bags I think would be best, not totally familiar with all the stat names, and possibly sorcerer / sun gloves for either haste / crit. Glass cannon spriest is effective with the right team but you'll never last against a tough melee.

what does pardon scale to int wise? and I mean haste is cool and all and I get the mindset behind it, maximize your proc rate for ele but ele force has a max rppm of 10 per weapon so at some point haste becomes obsolete I feel.

Haste = increased proc rate for ele force, which is the only thing that increases it's proc rate, and just faster casts etc. on stuff like mind flay(a big filler for shadow), vampiric touch and all the rest. Garrosh's pardon is 7 int 7 stam

Mexhbuilder is shit
lavishly jeweled ring + beastbinder
use kellers girdle or the 8 int 8 crit 6 stam belt
vision gloves are best

Well ally, generally people who enjoy playing FotM 29s usually do not have any real end game experience (concerning arenas) just stormscale horde as an example, 90% of those "known" players dont even have 1550 in 2s.

Which lets to two possibility regarding game enjoyment and skill.

1, they dont have any skill and gain as sense of a achievement one shotting trial players.

and

2. they do not have the combined IQ to arrange a piss up in a brewery.

Disregard all the rabble that come to shitpost on every thread, the meta for spriest glass cannon is SP > Haste > Crit and potentially vers enchants to rings / neck. As far as outright crit stacking... not recommended with anything at 29, but the balanced build OP has with his priest seems viable enough to me to still wreak havoc in BG's. Haste is great as shadow because your biggest filler is going to be mind flay after maintaining dots on as many targets as possible, with your big hitter coming off CD every 18 seconds for a potential 2k+ crit I'd say it's worth keeping a balance between haste / crit / spellpower. In the end your build will ultimately be decided by you, if you're dedicated enough to playing 29 you'll figure out what's best for your play style or the most comfortable and that's what matters in the ends.

This is a game after all, play what you enjoy. Unless you want to play brew / feral, then you should jump into a volcano.

crit is shit over 10% really and also if u use mind flay regulary on a sp youre doing it wrong aswell.

You know the "aswell" is redundant when you already have "also".

Pretty obvious everything I said went right over your head.

In your opinion, Shadow Priests are Flavor of the Month? Is this what you are trying get at?
If so, then why don't we see more whining threads about them like we see about ferals and Brewmasters?

And you are comparing endgame PvP to Lowbie twinking? kek...

Im pretty safe in saying, that common sense isn't your strongest personality trait.

./enjoy

Can we keep off-topic shitposts / arguments to troll threads or private messages? Don't make OP have to sift through a bunch of idiots chest thumping to find opinion's he's looking for.
