Is it possible to solo a dungeon as lvl 20 Arcane mage?

Question tho, is there a faster or easier way to do this dungeon or is it always gonna be this challenging?
Edit: also, what stats should I prioritize? I was thinking of mastery since it makes my shield a little bit stronger, then vers > haste?

You can try to skip mobs with invis and stealth ring but for boss fights itself they do get a bit easier to burst down as arcane the better gear you get.

Vers/crit and mastery/crit are both viable.
