Is Hide Vest of the Hungerer still obtainable? 14 Rogue

I wanted to use this for a crit set, the initial quest is level 13 but it looks like the prequest(s) require 15, does anyone know if this is still obtainable?

Why are the prerequisites listed as 15 on wowhead? http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26865 http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26866 http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26867 http://www.wowhead.com/quest=28003? Are those even prerequisites?

There are no prequest for this one.

Once you enter RFC at level 13+, you automatically have acess to 3 RFC quests right in the entrance (if horde of course).



Like stungy said, those were available for level 10 Twink for a short amount of time when Cataclysm went live. They then got a level requirement of 13.

Kick is good.

But i'd take 10 rogue over 14 rogue any day, cause of dodge, crit etc..

Unlike other setups such as palas, where i'd rather be 14.

Well in duels and arena, it is debatable if 10>14 rogue.

but in wsg kick is really good and could be pretty massive

I had more but all profiles got reseted in cata if im right.
