US Is haste bug gone?

When I enter a bg my haste is now around 10 instead of 56. I was wondering if anyone else is having same issue I am. I have tried relogging several times but so far nothing has worked.

I broke down and made a level 10 disc about a week ago after hearing how good they are from everyone for some time now. I played her for a few days and I can honestly say it was to easy. So, I'm a bit mixed on it. I'm somewhat glad they fixed it but Wish they would have done so before I finally made one. I guess Blizzard givith and blizzard takith away, either way I'll be in the Gulch.
