is Foamspittle Staff for lvl10 common now ?

i just bought 2 of these epic staff (ilvl22) from 2 different AHs (US) .. one for 3k+ and another for 5k+ .. seems pretty cheap to me .. are they dropping commonly for lvl10 now ?

also lately i see many lvl10 around me in the SW castle where you stop your exp .. i guessed they are all doing the 1clickmacro queue .. so the trend now is lvl10 ? what happened to the lvl19 ? i bought the 2 staffs as a result of seeing EVERY of these lvl10 having it but i have no use for them cos i dont play lvl10

Id assume since westfall min requirement is 10 there would be some randoms who make there way to the coast, but lvl 10 being the new exploit queue meta makes sense.

They are if you use the exploit script that 29s use to queue xp on.

Wouldn’t 19s still be superior to 10s tho just like 29s are superior to 20s. Why exploit @ 10 when you can at 19 with better gear/abilities.
