EU+US Is Feral still OP?

Hey everyone, quite new to twinking. I've been searching what the strongest specs were for F2P and it seemed like feral druids were one of them although the sources were a year or two old. Are they still tier 1? I know huntard is ridiculous but not really interested in playing hunter.

Balance at 20 on the other hand is really strong, imo. So you could roll a 20 druid and gear it up and rack up the HKs and wait for the moment Feral becomes the best again, or just play Feral nonetheless.

Feral is good (especially with moonfire in duels) but it's not OP- Balance is best right now.

 

[Budget]

Feral is good if you know how to work it. But like everyone else is saying, balance is your best bet atm.
