No, ilvl 31 BG wep. Possible epic if you got a nice drop, for higher wep damage.

it's a choice for off-hand, if you don't care about losing 2 primary & 6 secondary stats.

BG weps are better, but worth noting Talwars are viable until you get them.

There's more of an argument for vets using them if they just want big rng haha funny burst, but BG weps are more consistent.

You can get that epic proc dagger from the Korrak's vendor if you're NA and still have the TW badges, I think that's bis for pure f2p OH? Could be wrong. @Brihan would have a more accurate vouch than me.
