Is 60 AV twinking still available?

Hi, i used to have a 60 twink warrior and was just wondering is 60 AV twinking available to do or should i just level it?

depending on what battlegroup you're on, us/eu, etc and on a vanilla account - not one where you have to shut xp off - then yes.

QFT, Stormstrike BG, us. Has a large pop of capped account twinks if thats what your looking for. Xp-off bg's @ 60 pretty much don't exist.
