IP-banned for no reason?

    • Hi!

    I went to My gf's place and when I got home and tried to go on TI I found out that the web-admin had banned my IP. This is really wierd since i had no infractions and none have been active on it since I've been away...

    please get back to me regarding this issue.
     
    I had a similar thing happen to me a couple weeks ago. I wasn't even trying to log in, it would load the portal page and then redirect. I could log in from elsewhere no problem. I emailed the admins, but don't think I got a reply. Eventually the problem went away, so it could've been an issue from my ISP and not TI.

    Yeah a lot of people have this problem apparently

    I cannot find that IP in our banned logs. Please doublecheck the IP from which you are having problems with.
