No it is actually level 18 WoWhead and Thottbot are just wrong it said that when i did it on my mage awhile ago and i was freaked but my friend just got it last week im going to do it uhh tonight or tommorw for my priest so i will let you know to reasure but im more then sure it is level 18

Illusions is right it has allways sad 20 on wowhead and 19 on thotthot and it has allways been lvl 18 so dont worry

No lvl requirement, just you can't do the quest 'till 18.

umm actually u can do the prequest at 17 and jump straight into inferno robe quest
