Just saw a hunter with Incendiary Ammunition and I was wondering how the hell did he get those?

Thanx for the reply. I'm still quite n00b, can please elaborate on steps for a 20-29 to use a weapon with incendiary ammunition?

i don't play a hunter at the moment but i would presume you just enchant a boa ranged weapon with the incen ammo and mail it to your 20-29

I will confirm I just did this 3mins ago, it’s just as easy as any other scope.
Buy from AH, apply with a 110+ on a boa then mail it over.
It requires 110 minimum to use so has to be a 110+ to attach.
