Perhaps I would have readdressed my timeframe had you not come off with a sarcastic tone blasting me for farming for a piece of gear (a normal activity for twinks).
Was I questioning the choice of spending the time getting Firebelcher over something else that's almost as good? Yes. Was I blasting you? Not in the slightest. It was a simple statement, one that is actually on topic of the BiS thread to begin with. Many players interested in twinking would love to know why you chose to invest so much time in getting a wand that provides + 1 intellect over anything else. It should be obvious to any avid twinker as to why, but anyone new to twinking would be perfectly legit in asking that question.
Depending on the answer, someone could easily choose not to twink a character in our bracket, simply because the prospect of obtaining such an item might be unappealing to them. People choosing not to twink in our bracket represents an absence in growth, which over time, can lead to no pops, and no bracket.
How is me creating this thread not legitimate?
Because you could have just as easily sent me an in game mail, PMed me, or talked to me in a BG. Choosing to address it publicly, under the scrutiny of our peers, is pretty much a surefire way to troll someone, even unintentionally.
I am not trolling. I am asking that you stop trolling me at every chance you get, baiting me into yet another ban (because you get... uhhh....excited... at the thought of reporting me into a permaban).
Of course, because I have absolutely nothing better to do that monitor your posts on the public forum and respond to them just to try and get you banned.... because I really care about you being banned.... because.... why? Why would I care if you're banned or not? I've had you ignored for weeks now, I don't even see what you say unless someone quotes it. For the most part I even ignore that, except when there's an opportunity for legitimate discussion.
Most of the time the things you say are completely narrow minded and extremely biased, which doesn't make for good discussion. I'm not interested in reporting you, trolling you, or anything else. If you have absolutely zero interest in discussing the way you think/feel about the game, why do you bother posting on a discussion forum about it? I mean seriously, back when you were posting about wanting to re instate the skullbreaker/nailspitter ban, you explicitly asked for people to partake in the discussion, but then proceeded to ignore anyone who tried discussing a viewpoint that disagreed with yours.
Creating a discussion thread expressing a specific viewpoint, and then abstaining from any conversation to the contrary, is not conducive to having a discussion.
@ Franchi, I have no problem with people doing extreme things for their twinks. I do it too. The point I am trying to make is that the 'why' behind we do it makes for interesting discussion.

I don't think there's any debate here. I said what I said, he took offense to it, and decided to make a troll thread on these forums because he knew it wouldn't go the way he wanted it to on the official forums.
My thoughts;
Willy has double goose which means he can randomly 2 shot dont which would be hilarious. On the other hand don't will probably pop mad consumables like he does in our hunter v rogue duels because he knows I am the champ.
Bottom line: dont by shatter/Sapper combo
