I have been pretty busy with real life and semi-awol from the bracket, what do you think i need help with?

So tertiaries are disabled in 20s Random BGs? Or only in BG Wargames?

(Afaik "PuG" stands for Pickup Group, so Random Groups... so Random BGs?!)

Im confused, please explain/answer.
 
hate to bump my own thread but just wanted to point out that, it is now A LOT easier to hit the soft-cap in speed when 29s can wear i37 tert BoE.

6 from rings/shoulder/waist/gloves (gloves unconfirmed, but most likely true)
5 from wrist/cape (cape unconfirmed, but most likely true)

this is already 40 speed points which translates into +20% speed at 29 inside BGs, before ANY other speed increase from enchants/others.

you can also get 8 speed from helm/chest/leggings.

so people can now squeeze in 2 piece bonus from sets like https://www.wowhead.com/item-set=660/desolation-battlegear or use tech items like https://www.wowhead.com/item=7375/green-whelp-armor while still maintaining 40 speed points very very easily.
 
does the tert speed stat stacks with the class 30% speed burst like druid/shaman/hunter's cheetah ? and swiftness potion ?

damn .. just know this .. so leech and speed doesnt work in bg ? i see i get healing from my leech often .. the leech is not from the leech on the tert stats ?
