IM CONFUSED WITH lvl 10 TWINKS

The other day i was looking at someones lvl 10 twink, he was a rogue but he had +10 haste on gloves and counterweight on weapon so it was 78% but then today i saw quelfep's hastadin and it had the same haste chants and his haste was 101.somethin but yea i was kinda confused, can any tell me why that was though

Probably has to do with haste scaling diffrent for diffrent classes. Cause my lvl 10 warrior has the counterweight on his weapon and 10 haste to gloves and he lies around 80% haste.

whatever, i know counterweight is a 2 hander i just looked it up and was like oh that wasnt a rogue then

Gief counterweight on 1hs. Dualweild counterweight is 104% haste @ lvl 1

pallys droods and shammies all get more haste from haste rating than other classes, i believe its something like 37% more.

Ive dabbled in alot of ratings I never did get that feral haste/dodge set for my drood tho

feral haste used to be horrendous before they buffed in umm... I dk it one of the last patches before they intro'd exp offs.
