Instead of farming a Str/Agility neck AND an Intellect neck and doing 2 Mark of the Hidden Satyr enchants, here is an option:
Buccaneer's Luck Chain
iLvl 59 WF neck with socket has 5 primary and 10 secondary stats + whatever gem you quip in it.
Buccanneer's Lucky Chain has 25 secondary stats (15 crit, 10 haste).
This is a quest reward from: The Prince is Going Down and can proc to epic upgrade.
This quest chain starts in Azsuna by killing a murlock or 2 to get the item to start Bottled Up
Short quest chain that takes about 8 mins. total.
Might be worth farming for this on your new lvl 10 (takes about an hour total to create char, do Exile's Reach and head to Aszuna and do the quests).
Delete char and retry if didn't get the epic proc.
Obviously, you would need to have already opened up Legion on a previous character in order to skip that intro quest.
An heirloom chopper speeds up Exile's Reach
For F2P accts, having some Intricately-Painted Eggs from the Easter event to give gold to your new char to turn off experience.
Alternatively, can go to Boralus first and open the Scrimshaw Cache for some gold (adds a few minutes to the farm).
I did this this morning to verify and time this. Took 1 hr, 3 mins. and got the epic upgrade first try (results will vary).
