Then you take into account all the times haste does NOT help you in PvP combat, and understand vers ALWAYS does.

Plus the extra damage reduction.

We aren't raiding, brother. And no one sits freecasting the entire BG... if they do, all of this is irrelevant.
 
I could easily see foamspittle being bis because of the versatility, but what about the pacifier or the boots? Is it worth it, or are there better weapons and gear? If I am asking a stupid question and theres already a bis list for f2p and vets please point me in the right direction! Thank you!

For pure F2P, foamspittle is BiS. You could probably match it with an epic main hand/off hand combo but the likelihood of that happening is extremely low. For vets, it might be worth getting discontinuers hammer to go epic and getting an offhand, due to their ability to enchant both main hand and off hand.

As for pacifier and the boots, pacifier is one of many "bis" weapons but its high strength distribution makes it extremely desirable. Especially for those of us who completed all their quests last xpac and so only have the pacifier available to us. I have no idea about the boots.

Huge update to the thread. Removed items confirmed to be GFd or not scaling. Added a few of the newly found ones. Added notes next to each notable item you may want to go for, including:

(A) - Alliance only
(H) - Horde only
(BoE) - drops from a mob, bind on equip
C - cloth
W- wand

Only thing left is to confirm a short list of items.

No mh+oh comes close to foamspittle for f2ps especially since f2ps can enchant int on 2h but not 1h. For vets there are indeed options.

Hey, I also have cloth! Right now, it should be good for gear for priest, mage, lock, druid, rogue, monk (also all weapons for them)

Sorry guys, it takes too much time to do mail/plate. If anyone is interested in doing the work, I can help with advices on how to do it the fatsest way possible.

Deleted both of them without checking. TBH I didn't know they were sort after.
