Ilvl 18 green items able for lvl 1s

Today I was checking the AH and I saw this item very good stats for lvl 1.
For those who dont know spanish 3 int, 4 stam, 1 crit and 3 vers.

These are well known, part of the 6 bugged vanilla era greens that sometimes don't scale. I and some others found these starting on prepatch release. They've all been listed in the guide.
