ilvl 100 prot pala

Hey everyone. I want to do Herald of the titans achievement and make my prot pala is strong as it possible. What stats I should look for max dps and which one for max survivability? Like I should go full stamina for example (ench, gems ets.) for survivability and full crit or something else for max dps.
(Now, in bfa you can get ilvl 100 in Cata/MoP dungeon with mastery, maybe its stronger than other stats).

Secondary stats are tricky since the stat squish. Many enchants and gems have been nerfed so you're boxed into choosing from just a couple of options.

I'd say, farm the gear you can from ICC normal for ilvl 100 gear.
Gem it with the following:
Strn + Stam

Enchants are varied. But i'd get stam on gloves, stats on chest, strength everywhere else. Haste on rings probably.

there is a set of heirloom weapons 2 expac back (or 3 i cant remember) that has 2 sockets each .. you might want to test them out, as they can be enchanted unlike the legion artifact weapon, these BOA weapons are better in stats than most drops .. you can start using them at 90, but i am not sure how powerful they are at lvl99 and 100, i use them at 109, a lot more powerful than an artif weapon because of the enchant, total stats will lose out a little to artif even with gems in the 2 sockets

Honestly I’d be interested in a herald run as well. Is the new minimum Ilvl req 100 for herbal gear? And does this actually open the door for later expansion gear thanks to the squish?

Beside the one ring (Yogg25HM Ring is BiS) and 2 trinkets (BiS is the Gruul trinket and the Algalon Haste proc trinket) this warri is BiS: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/blackmoore/Wìnters
and as prot pala u take nearly the same stuff. Maybe change trinkets, dunno how important haste is.
