But hold on even though its not enchantable that is a decent amount of armor, an amount like that would be huge for a monk (a class that lacks armor) :)

Haha that cannot be right thats a freaking huge amount of armor and that on my monk would be to OP :)
Its like 10%.. lul wut?

Well it's definitely obtainable. Just not enchantable it appears, so you'd be lacking the full amount of stamina that heirloom gives. Which is 140 hp. But I guess if you get enough physical dmg reduction from it - it could be good in some fights?

Haha you got no clue, monk armor sits around 25%. This is my tanking viability thing, Health, Passive Damage Reduction, Armor, Avoidance (Cds are completly seperate) these are in order btw. The only thing Monks lack for tanking is armor and they lack a great deal of armor, this could bump their armor to 35% and tell me 10% less damage id take that instead of some agility and 100hp :)

Tested and confirmed on my basicly BiSed Monk Tank my armor went from 25% to 31% which even though isnt a huge chance thats 6% less damage easily better than my current BoA cloak. Good find man :)

Very interesting stuff, this wil mean Monks will be hit for next to nothing now, they have 25% damage reduction, 35% armor now, and 20% stagger, and with teh damage reduction last patch very very good.

And to make things better you can chant it, so far i ahve tested and I can put ilevel 60 chants on em so that wrath stuff gonna test cata and panda chants now

It seems that when this Item became transmogable in 5.1 it also made them enchantable, which in 4.3.4 was not possible as far as I know. :)

65 crit is a whole 5.9% at level 50

and since this cloak requires level 35 it could be used on a 39 twink to give 7.8% crit

pretty crazy

Not to mention the armor equals 2x Mail items for a level 50... wonder how many extra cloth items that is for a 39 twink :p

Just did a check. It's +65% armor on a level 39 priest (if you remove the inner fire). So it's an insane amount of extra armor.

Conclusion: BiS for anyone that need at least crit/stam (and armor ofc). So tanks and Rogue/Hunter BiS.

Rest, debatable I guess - How good is int compared to spirit on a healer? Do you actually need int since the heals are so large anyway? Debatable :p
