PTR iLevel 100 gear from pre-patch even requires level 30

Newest PTR disables ilvl100 Icecrown for under 50. Might be a bug, since you can still pick up the questline. In other news, Artifact neck might be doable post patch. Azerite gear from normal dungeons was changed to level 45 required. I still need to check what level you can actually pick up the neck quest.

Really stupid that prepatch event requires 50 now. Super exclusive for any new player or alts.
Legion prepatch did it right. It involved everyone, even if some of the gear rewards were OP for low lvls.

Newest PTR set required level for drops to 50, so I think that's final confirmation there.
