If you could only have one BG addon, which one would it be?

I use em to make my shit pretty and pvping less of a challenge. I'm not playing f2p to be number 1 univers I'm playing for fun.

I've done the whole no addons tournament style r1 glad, after that there's no point.

You can easily simulate grid/clique's function by doing some minor tweaks on Blizzard's raid frames (which have very extensive appearance options since Cata)

And by using a @mouseover macro... You won't need grid/clique ever again :)

As for my NECESSARY addon, I daresay it's probably Bejeweled WoW... I need something to keep me busy while the whole team respawns after wiping in mid in WSG :/

For all you 'addons aren't necessary' folks, try healing without healbot and/or grid/clique.

I actually only use SUF for raid frames, other then that I don't have any healing addons

I don't know why you'd have to use a healing addon for healing in this bracket. Standard UI is fine nowadays, and it's not like you can dispel much as a 20. I don't feel like there's any addons I have to have as f2p, but I enjoy having bg timers just so I can motivate my team in AB.

Does anyone else keep reading this thread title as "If you could only have one bg" and thinking damn, [insert bg name] would be amazing to have as f2p.

i actually agree with this. i never really healed before last summer (spent all 5 of the previous years on one Lock), but i can't imagine needing much more than the default UI as far as healing goes. the frames are bigger than i'd like, but i can't see me needing much more as a healer.

No healer needs any healing addon, but if people get used to gameplay in a particular way, some like sticking with it. I'm used to Vuh'do and I see no need to try anything else, while others feel the same about the standard setup. Going back to standard would mean effort for me, and I'm too lazy for that. Others again are curious and switch from mouseover macros to Grid with Clique to Vuh'do and back every two weeks.

I thought this also.... Then I downloaded healbot the other day and I must admit that shit is fucking beast o.o
