We're not interrested in their gear, everyone can get that easily.
Their achivements are whats interresting!.. Especially their FoS'

Achievements mean a lot according to most.
 
For the enchant quality, I've decided that all Cata level enchants will be accepted but only the top level of WotLK enchants will be (as the mats cost for those is barely anything these days). I included a few exceptions to the rule as they could be used for some strange reason.

Alright, I think I've decided on the final set of criteria:
- Must have been online in the last 6 months.
- Must have 5 glyphs (prime or major) in 1 spec.
- Must have 6 enchants out of the 9 enchantable slots (including belt but not head). The enchants must be Cata or high-end WotLK to be counted (with a few exceptions). All 3 weapon slots are counted as 1 slot (only requires 1 weapon to be enchanted).
- Must have 5 (out of 16) items that are ilvl 270+ items. The main-hand and off-hand weapons are counted as 1 slot (taking the highest item level of the 2).
- Must have 12 items that are ilvl 264+. Green items that are greater than 264 but less than 279 are counted as ilvl 264.
- Must have 14 items that are ilvl 200+. Items below 264 are only counted if they are epic.

If you're not on the list and think you should be, it could be because of the gear you logged out in during the past 2 days, or I may need to refine the rules again.
 
Hmm looks like you weren't in the list of character names I got for Lightning's Blade, which is strange as your level 21 mage "Splos" was. In order to be noticable on the armory, you (or someone in your guild) has to have posted an auction within a certain period of time.

Re-downloading the character lists for every realm anyway.
 
Aye but your mage must have been included due to someone else in your guild posting an auction, which means you should have been included too 0_o I can't really give much more detail than that as it's an external source I'm downloading from, rather than gathering the names myself :(

If you can scan for specific achievements, perhaps filter out anyone who hasn't attained "Freedom of the Alliance/Horde", the achievement for getting the PvP trinket. Only players into PvP will have that achievement (other than achievement hunters). Such a filter will exclude well-geared raiders who don't care about PvP.

Unfortunately it may also filter out humans as well. Although it wouldn't be too hard to just include all humans + people with PvP trinkets.
