US Idea of lvl 1 twink

i dont find a low lvl twink guide. Someone can help me with a lvl 1 twink? Its hard to equip almost bis?

Gearing a level one isn't worth it anymore with AGM and goblin greens/blues no longer being obtainable.

I just leveled my 1 to 10 for this reason. No point to them anymore with stat changes. You can try your luck with starter quests and hope for an epic, but beyond that, look at BiS lvl one pages. There arent many. Also hi @JeeroyLenkins

Unfortunately, none of the quests that are available to a lvl-1 character can qualify for an Epic Upgrade.
