That isn't how bans work in communities like this. If you want to change people's minds, and be welcome to play in OUR PROJECT, you will have to use the proper channels. Put up a poll thread asking 39s if they think feral should be unbanned if it uses gear XYZ.

It's more a matter of principle. This opens the floodgates to a whole other kettle of fish of "I made my broken spec weaker can I play it now?" Yes you make feral not broken, but you hurt games indirectly by still just being a feral Druid. You don't remove the stigma and yes a lot of people will still complain and dislike it regardless of what you do to weaken yourself.
I'd say peoples reaction to this is appalling however. I can accept the reasons for wanting to play a class which has enjoyable mechanics / playstyle but unfair scaling. He's stated his reasons and they are sound, it just doesn't address the problem. And attacking someone for attempting to pursue a spec they enjoy whilst hurting the surrounding community as little as possible was uncalled for. The answer should still be no for reasons stated and I don't have power not voice anyway so why I say this I don't even know.

So if you agree with what I've said will you also agree with the proems caused by you playing feral in this bracket, no matter how much you weaken yourself to do so. Yes it sucks that a class you enjoy you can't play at 39. My favourite class (priest) can't even take a dps role in the 19 bracket as shadow has literally 2 damaging spells and no mobility. But I know one day blizzard will change things somehow and I'll be able to enjoy my favourite spec at low lvl, same as you will. Just trying to force it will only annoy / deter people. Which has clearly been shown by the messages in this thread.

People don't like fighting ferals, shit is broken and It makes people not want to play, if people don't play the bracket dies, if you don't care about that than you really don't give a shit about this bracket, you just want to faceroll and get attention, yes they are just pugs, but pugs that THE COMMUNITY ressurected, and if the community wants feral banned in THEIR pugs then thats what happens to maintain games. While the idea may seem like it should be allowed, there are a few things fundamentally wrong with it:
1. the timing, right now is not the time to be playing feral, no matter how gimped it will effect the moral of many players (as seen last week when moran que'd feral, most games he didnt actually do anything besides use moonfire and troll doing nearly no damage. However any team he was on sat multiple players and threw the game. So no matter what ur performance is, RIGHT NOW qureing feral will only result in a bad experience.
2. As stated, ally needs dps with more front line capacities to produce a more even clash.
3. The gimpness u chose to set up seems iffy, it would prob be better to run more gear and less chants if ur concerned about dmg, specifically wep chants
