I geared during the anniversary, so most of my pieces are unobtainable for now. BoEs are definitely the best way to do a 61 currently. You can try to get some 370 ilvl stuff from the TW raids, but you'll be lucky to get 2 pieces from the whole raid.

I wouldn't go 62 personally...it kinda sucks that the boe weapons req lvl 62, but I would just go 61 and use a class that can use either a str 2hand sword, an int staff, or the agi 1 hand swords we have. Look up the rare that drops our weapons.

All of the boe armor requires lvl 61, so if you go 62 you lose out on a lot of power. If you really want a class that can't use those weapons then you could try to get a weapon from TW raids or just try for a socketed dungeon weapon from BC or something.
